So, Look Good Feel Better has a focus on skin, hair, mind and body so that cancer sufferers can have a break from having to think about medical treatments and illness issues and just concentrate on themselves for a bit. These face-to-face or online programmes give people with cancer practical tips and tools so that they can face the disease with confidence. What’s more, all the classes are free, and people can attend as many classes as they wish so that they can continue to look good and feel better.
