Clean homes, full hearts thanks to pay-it-forward app

For families facing tough times, the essentials we take for granted like fresh food and a clean home can feel out of reach. That’s where Fair Food NZ steps in. As the charity behind the charities, they equip Auckland’s community groups with fresh food and household essentials so they can provide support where it’s needed most. They believe ‘poverty is time-consuming, and you deserve to get all your needs met in as few stops as possible’.

Thanks to Cleanery, families receiving Fair Food care parcels aren’t just getting nourishing food, they’re also receiving eco-friendly cleaning products. To date, Cleanery has paid forward $2,950 worth of cleaning products, ensuring that no one has to choose between putting food on the table and keeping their home sanitary.
